Rex Securities Law Clients File Suits Alleging Over Concentration of Predictive Oncology Inc. (POAI)

Several clients of Rex Securities Law have filed suits in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida against Cornerstone Securities LLC and CEO Russell Edward Fieger.  The suits allege violation of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act and the Florida Securities and Investor Protection Act (Chapter 517) as well as various common law claims. Claimants in these actions are elderly retirees who allege that Christoper Burch, who at the time was registered with Cornerstone Securities LLC, liquidated their accounts and used the proceeds to over concentrate their accounts with  Predictive Oncology Inc. (POAI), a volatile microcap stock. Damages of more than 1.2 million collectively are sought. Patil Law of Los Angeles, CA, is representing the clients in these court proceedings.

POAI traded as high as $549 in February of 2021. It currently trades at about 7 dollars a share.
