In 10/2023 Arni Diamond was suspended for four months (ending 2/2024) by FINRA to resolve allegations that he made unsuitable recommendations to two customers in their sixties to invest in speculative alternative investments. In addition, one customer was not an accredited investor as required and the recommendation resulted in an over concentration of the customer’s net worth in alternative investments.
