In December 2023, Brady K. Collier entered into a Consent Order with the Texas State Securities Board (TSSB).

  • While not registered as a dealer, Collier received $1.5 million in compensation from about 34 issuers for acting as a ‘dealer”.
  • Collier acted as a “dealer” for around the last ten years while not registered in violation of Section 4004.051 of the Texas Securities Act.
  • This violation constitutes a bass for the assessment of an administrative fine, pursuant to Section 4007.106(a)(3) of the Texas Securities Act
  • Collier was reprimanded, ordered to pay an administrative fine of $25,000 and his current application for registration was approved.
