A customer of Coastal Equities, Inc. (Now known as Realta Wealth) was paid $110,000 on 02/01/2024 to resolve allegations that Jamie Nowakowski misrepresented investments and made unsuitable recommendations related to alternative investments.

Another client of Coastal Equities, Inc. was paid $35,000 on 06/14/2023 after alleging that Jamie Nowakowski failed to perform adequate due diligence on GWG and made unsuitable recommendations.

Two pending disputes involve allegations of unsuitable investments were filed with FINRA under case numbers 24-02380 and 24-00383. One seeks damages of $80,000 and the other case has not yet specified a damage amount. In 3/2025 another FINRA arbitration case was filed  by a customer of Coastal Equities alleging the recommendation of alternative investments by Nowakowski. Damages of $190,000 are sought in that pending matter.

Allegations of Broker Misconduct Against Jamie Nowakowski
