In a pending FINRA arbitration a customer of Saxony Securities seeks damages of $13,000,000 and alleges that Reinecke recommended risky and speculative private placement investments. FINRA Case 23-03646.

In 3/2022 customers of Peter Reinecke while he was employed by LPL Financial & Saxony Securities  was paid $900,000 to resolve allegations that he made unsuitable recommendations which caused the majority of their assets to be concentrated in speculative and illiquid private companies. In addition Reinecke borrowed money from the customers and had a personal interest in the private companies where Reinecke invested the customer’s funds.

Allegations of Broker Misconduct Against Peter Reinecke

Customers of Peter Reinecke have alleged the following wrongdoing in connection with the handling of customer accounts:

  • Unsuitable Investment Recommendation to invest in illiquid and speculative private companies from 2010 to present
  • Borrowed money from the customers
  • Reinecke had personal interest in the companies he recommended
