This action arose after he refused to provide documents and information requested by FINRA related to the circumstances of his termination from Green Vista Capital, LLC, which alleged that Skrabonja was “selling away” without firm approval — a practice prohibited by FINRA Rule 3280 (Private Securities Transactions).
