In 4/2018 Ahmed “Andy” Gheith was suspended by FINRA for 12 months and, ordered to pay disgorgement of $31,055 and fined $10,000 for soliciting customers of his employing firm, Paulson Investment Company, to invest in private offerings not approved by his firm.

In 9/2018 a customer of Paulson Investment Company was paid $165,000 to resolve allegations that Gheith made fraudulent and negligent misrepresentations in connection with the recommendation to invest in promissory notes.

In 8/2017, Ahmed “Andy” Gheith was discharged by Paulson Investment Company who makes the following allegation on his CRD: “Terminated subsequent to discovery of violations of firm WSPs, failure to provide honest answers on annual questionnaires.
