Rex Securities Law Files FINRA arbitration vs. Osaic Wealth on Behalf of former Customers of Ran Regev

In December 2024 we filed a FINRA arbitration on behalf of a retired couple from Boca Raton, FL, who allege that Ran Regev failed to follow their instructions that their life savings be invested conservatively in order to preserve the principal. Instead, according to the arbitration pleadings, Ran Regev directed their nest egg into risky securities that were unsuitable for the couple’s investment objectives. Damages of between $250,000 and $500,000 are sought in this pending matter.

The arbitration alleges that Osaic Wealth failed to properly supervise Ran Regev.
