Allegations of Broker Misconduct Against Christopher Cavallaro

Customers of Christopher Cavallaro have alleged the following wrongdoing in connection with the handling of investment accounts:

  • Unsuitable Investment Recommendations: Customers claim that Cavallaro recommended risky and unsuitable oil & gas investments, which resulted in substantial financial losses. (Violates FINRA Rule 2111 – Suitability Standard).
  • False Representations: Clients alleged that Cavallaro misrepresented the nature and risks associated with the investments. (Violates FINRA Rule 2020 – Use of Manipulative, Deceptive or Fraudulent Devices).
  • High-Risk Investments: One customer alleged that investments in Future Income Payments, LLC (FIP) were improperly recommended, resulting in $100,000 in losses.
  • Multiple Customer Disputes: A total of 12 customer disputes have been reported against Cavallaro, six of which are still pending.
