The Buffalo News reports that Gregory W. Gray, Jr. of Buffalo, New York, recently charged by the SEC for operating a ponzi-like scheme, was arrested at his home in Lake Worth, Florida.

The SEC alleges that Gray used a fabricated document to obtain funds from an investor who believed he was investing in $5 million of Uber stock.  Gray operated though two companies Archipel Capital LLC and BIM Management LP.
