Convicted Irving Texas “Salad Bowl” Fraudster Pleads Guilty to Failure to Surrender 150 150 Robert Rex, Esq.

The FBI announced that Michael David Carroll, 39, pleaded guilty to the federal offense of failing to surrender to serve a 70 month sentence in an investor fraud case. He faces 10 years in federal prison on that count.

Carroll pleaded guilty in April 2013 to wire fraud in connection with fraudulently inducing investors to invest in The Salad Bowl Franchise Corporation.
