In a recently filed arbitration former customers of Stone Oak Wealth Management alleges that Donnie Laurence  failed to follow their instructions that their assets be invested in conservative investments that would preserve principal for retirement. The customers allege that the respondents violated their fiduciary duty and are seeking damages of $3,000,000 plus pre and post judgment interest, punitive, special or exemplary damages, costs of suit and attorney fees.
