According to publicly available records Christine Bourdelais, a former NYLife Securities broker discloses a final regulatory matter.
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions. In addition brokers are required to disclose certain financial matters such as personal bankruptcies, judgments and liens.
Bourdelais filed a FINRA arbitration against her former employer NY Life Securities alleging unpaid compensation which resulted in the panel assessing $1,000 sanctions against her for discovery violations. When she failed to comply with the panel’s award, FINRA suspended her license indefinitely.
Bourdelais was with NYLife Securities from 6/2015-4/2021 and has not been in the securities industry since leaving NY Life Securities. .
