According to FINRA records, Mark Andrew Bullivant, of Fort Myers, Florida, entered into a Letter of Acceptance Waiver and Consent (AWC) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to resolve allegations that he refused to appear for on the record testimony in connection with a FINRA investigation into whether Bullivant had wrongfully taken customer funds while employed by Raymond James between April 2012 and December 2013.
Bullivant was permanently barred from acting as a broker or otherwise associating with firms that sell securities to the public. Disciplinary Proceeding NO. 2013039617201
