According to publicly available recordsOsaic Wealth  financial advisor Jeffrey G. Meyers,  discloses a pending customer dispute and 6 prior customer disputes.

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions. IN 3/2004, a customer of Park Avenue Securities, another prior employer of Meyers, was paid $60,000 to resolve allegations that Meyers had sold unsuitable investments, made misrepresentations and breached his fiduciary duty.
