According to FINRA records, Yuvraj Taneja , entered into a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent (AWC) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to resolve allegations that she electronically submitted at least 53 fictitious applications for term life insurance policies on behalf of purported customers that did not exist and created fake names for the applicants. Taneja submitted and paid for these fictitious applications in order to wind a contest sponsored by the insurance company, according to the AWC. AWC No. 2014043322301
Taneja was permanently barred from the securities industry. According to FINRA records, Taneja was registered with PFS Investments in Herndon, VA., from 6/2014-11/2014.
