According to publicly available records Gina Rea Kidd a currently unregistered broker who last worked for Allstate Financial Services,  discloses a final regulatory matter resulting in a permanent bar from the industry and a termination from employment.

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions. In addition brokers are required to disclose certain financial matters such as personal bankruptcies, judgments and liens.

In 2/2022 FINRA permanently barred Kidd from the industry to resolve allegations that he failed to appear for on-the-record testimony requested by FINRA during the course of an investigations into allegations made in a Form U5 submitted by her member firm that stated that she was terminated after allegations that she involved an unregistered person in activities that require registration.

In 3/2020,  Kidd was discharged from Allstate Financial Services, after allegations that she involved an unregistered person in activities that require registration.\

In 11/2022 a customer of Allstate Financial Services filed a complaint alleging that Kidd and an unregistered individual misrepresented the features of an insurance contract causing damages of $100,000. That matter is currently pending.
