According to publicly available records,  John Zaffarano  a Newbridge Securities Corporation broker recently settled a  customer dispute.

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions. In addition brokers are required to disclose certain financial matters such as personal bankruptcies, judgments and liens.

In 4/2022 a customer of Newbridge Securities Corporation filed FINRA case #11-00869 alleging negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, negligent supervision, violation of securities laws and fraud in connection with the recommendation to invest in alternative investments .   In 8/2023 the case was settled for $62,500.
