According to publicly available records Mark Stewart , a broker with M Stevens Securities, discloses a pending customer dispute involving GWG L-Bonds.
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms.
